Lindsay Lohan and Labor Pains

I've mentioned Lindsay Lohan's new movie " Labor Pains" as a possible vehicle for Lindsay's come back.
Hey, Britney did it.
But now we discover that "Labor Pains" isn't going to the theaters.
Nope, it's going to ABC Family.
Well I guess that's better than straight to DVD (thought it will go to DVD in August).

Hey, I like some of ABC Family's shows.
"Samurai Girl" and "Middle Man" spring to mind.

In the movie, Lindsay plays a young woman named Thea who pretends to be pregnant in order to avoid being fired from her job.
Sounds kinda like an ABC Family movie doesnt it?

Who knows, it may do well on TV and DVD.

Sarah Shahi / Dani Reese / Life

NBC's "Life" stars Damian Lewis as the quirky detective Charlie Crews.
Yes Charlie is quirky and the show is quirky, but he has possibly one of the hottest partners on TV.
Detective Dani Reese played by played by Sarah Shahi.

Sarah is a Spanish-Iranian actress and model who was born Aahoo (gazelle) Shahi on January 10, 1980 in Euless, Texas.
Besides being an actress and model, Sarah was on the 1999?2000 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders squad and was on the cover of their 2000 calendar.
Before playing Dani Reese, she was in a ton of TV series and movies.
Among them were ER, Supernatural, Reba, The L Word, Alias, Damages, Rush Hour 3, Frasier, Century City and The Sopranos.

Dani's character on Life is complex to say the least.
She's Charlie's partner, the daughter of one of the main bad guys and the girlfriend (I still can't believe this) of Captain Tidwell.
Plus, she has had a dark past that she's working to overcome.

Dani has pretty much been replaced in the end of this season by another beautiful young lady Gabrielle Union as Charlie's partner because in real life, Sarah and her husband Steve Howey are expecting their first child.
You may remember Steve as Van Montgomery on Rheba.
Yes they met on the set when she was on the show.

First up, Kelli Williams....
Kelli was born on June 8, 1970 in Los Angeles, California.
She started out a a child (a baby actually) in commercials.
Eventually she wound up with roles in Scrubs, The Practice, Ally McBeal, Third Watch, Men in Trees, Party of Five, Picket Fences and other TV shows.

Kelli's character Dr. Foster, is a colleague of Dr. Lightman, and pretty much his "right hand man" as much as anyone can be.
And occasionally his conscience.
She usually works with Eli Loker, (but after this weeks episode I dont know how long that will last).
Dr.Foster seems to have a problem with her husband in her own life that she can't (or won't) see, but everyone else seems to be able to.

Britney Spears is now the official spokesperson for Candies.
She'll be doing print and TV ads for them.
I'm glad to see Britney getting endorsements again.
But even the ads are already starting to get controversy.
Some people are saying Brit was air brushed and digitally enhanced in the print ads.
Wow.
Who isn't?
You think all those models look like that right outta the gate?
Ummmm...no.
You can find lots of sites on the internet showing famous people without make up and some of those "beauties" are down right scary.
So what if they enhanced Britney's ads?
